This study examines the historical past of Turkish delight, its place in palatal delight and its importance and place in Turkish folklore. Turkish delight is one of the indispensable flavors in Turkish food culture. Since the first time it was produced, it held its popularity within the public as a favored dessert and became one of the main offers in special days and celebrations.
