Abstract

Organizational citizenship and organizational identification concepts are those, which are supposed to increase the employee’s commitment and productivity. Thus, these are being cited much nowadays. Researchers noted that as the organizational citizenship perceptions rise, the identifications level also increase. However, these concepts are not handled by means of organizational support. This study aims to test hypothesis developed according to the supposition of relationship between organizational citizenship and organizational support. The results of the present study presents a positive and significant (R2=,100, p=,000) relationship between these three concepts. The context of the study includes 123 employee of a junior technical college. On the contrary organizational support is not found to have a regulatory effect on the relation between organizational identification and citizenship.
