Abstract

Political communication includes all manner of communication strategies that organized in order to convey political parties messages to electors. Political parties and actors utilize traditional mass media and new media technologies to inform voter and to make changes targeted manners and behaviors in voter. Particularly in recent years, new media technologies keep a significant place in political communication. The purpose of this article is to analyze parties’ usage forms of new media technologies from the perspective of media theories on political communication process. In the article, the descriptive analysis of parties’ usage forms of new media technologies on political communication is conducted in context of media theories. In the final part of the article from the point of media theories descriptive analysis outcomes of political parties’ usage forms of new media technologies are revealed, interpreted and evaluated.
