Abstract

Quality of work is an important concept in terms of improving the working environment of an employee. If employees provide physical and psychological satisfaction in the working environment, they become more productive and work satisfaction increases. This leads to being more productive. If the employees’ motivation increase, they can commit organization more. The training activities in the organization also contribute to the improvement of the working environment. It is emphasized that training activities improve the quality of working life by benefiting employees in many studies. The aim of this study is to examine the training activities that are effective in the development of working life quality. In the first part introduction, in the second part the concept of working quality, in the third part the importance of the working quality of life and in the fourth part the elements affecting the working quality are discussed. In the fifth part the importance of the training activities in terms of working quality is examined and finally the results and evaluation are made.
