The importance of the region in terms of our cultural history is an indisputable fact. Throughout history, the Turkish communities living in this region have tried to use this beautiful Turkish language with the utmost clarity and they have taken care to protect themselves from the influence of the languages of other ethnic elements in the region. There are now Turks living in the borders of three different countries in the region. The most important element that holds these Turkish communities together is naturally the language they speak. The starting point of the study is to concentrate on the vocabulary used by the Turks living in this region. The studies conducted on vocabulary reveal important clues about the characteristics of the people who speak the language as well as the language itself. Kinship names have a special place in vocabulary studies because kinship names are a legacy of the language in a sense that allows them to live and reach for the future.
