Abstract

Two different sentences can be combined using some morphological or syntactic methods. With the combination of the sentences, structure of the subordinate clause can be changed, and in some special cases, both clauses can protect the basic structures. In some languages, subordinate clauses have total resemblence to the superordinate clauses with respect to their structure and the way they are combined depending on their typology. Special particles or conjunctions can be used when a subordinate clause is embedded inside the superordinate one, and in some cases it is possible to combine clauses without the necessity of any morphological marking. In embedded senteces, the word order restrictions and the aspectual features can show differences with regard to main clauses as well. The present paper also attemps to describe the way of embedding of several subordinate clauses in Chuvash as well as their different features relating with word order and aspect by means of comparing with Modern Turkish.
