Abstract

Because of the having strategic location and natural wealth, the Syria has been and remains the center of armed and / or political conflicts for centuries. These conflicts have political, geographical, economic, cultural and legal consequences. Some of these results are international, while others are international for states. In fact, any development today is not only limited to the national dimension, but can be easily carried to the international dimension through transportation and communication means. In this context, it is not possible to say that the act of terror in a country is concerned only with that state and country. In this context, in the face of national armed conflicts in the Syria, many states have different attitudes and they have been directly or indirectly involved in the conflicts. For this reason, the national armed conflicts in the Syria are transformed into international armed conflicts. Meanwhile, the United Nations and Security Council, the universal international organization, have made various decisions about the conflicts that have taken place in this region. However, none of these decisions has caused to end the conflicts, as well as causing the problems to deepen further. For this reason, the direct or indirect supports and intervention of the states in the Middle East and the legal consequences of the armed conflict should be handled in terms of international law. The supports and interventions of the other states to armed conflict in the Syria and the legal consequences will be examined in the context of the perspective of international law. In this context, an evaluation will be made about Turkey's intervention against to the terrorist threats and elements coming from this region.
