Abstract

The managerial effectiveness, it is understood that organizational creativity in mobilizing the important function of efficacy and administrators about the behavior of intellectual capital performance on the decisive role, despite the work done on issues rather limited. The purpose of this research, the perceived effectiveness of managers by examining the size of the impact on organizational creativity and intellectual capital to contribute to managerial effectiveness literature. Theoretical and empirical research consisting of the size specified in the conceptual model variables, before being introduced by defining a comprehensive literature review and then reliability in order to analyze the relationship between these variables, factor, correlation and regression analysis were performed. As a result, perceived of dimensions of managerial effectiveness at various levels on organizational creativity and intellectual capital, in a positive way and to have significant effects, it has also been identified to be involved in significant positive effects on the intellectual capital of the organizational creativity variable.
