Abstract

Justice and the perceived perception of the activities carried out by the employees in the organizations and in return for the distribution of the gains that arise in the organizations lead to be reflected in the operational activities of the knowledge and skills of the employees. The purpose of this study, which is based on the relationship between the organizational justice system and organizational silence, is to determine the relationship of organizational silent behaviors with justice and the perceived perception over organizational and managerial procedures applied to perception of justice of employees' as a result of the activities in organizations. For this purpose, a survey was implemented over 100 employees working in public and private banks in the province of Kars and its districts. According to the results of the analysis, it was seen that employees' level of organizational justice and organizational silence were moderate. There was no meaningful relationship between organizational justice and organizational silence.
