Abstract

This study aims to determinated with intention of the relation between perception of mobbing and job satisfaction of health workers at Bakırköy State Hospital in istanbul 386 healt workers (59 doctori 309 nurse /healt officer, 18 midwife) created the sample of work. datas completed by researchers in the literature with demographic attribule, mobbing perception's sacale(Leymann's Psychological Terror İnventory) and job satisfaction scale (Minnesote Job Satisfaction) with created questionnaire. Percent, average,standard devation and Kolmogorov-Smirnov distribution test used in data's statistical analysis. Lineer Regresyon Analiysis used for the effect of independent variable on dependent variable. The level of mobbing to block a person from showing themselves and communicating with people and the level of mobbing for one's health reduces effect of internal and external job satisfaction. Given the demographic characteristics of healt workers, gender, education status, type of work, year or work, year of work, position variables at work are not statistically significant (p<0.05) We find statistically significant effect of gender, age, marital status, education status, occupation, type of work, year of work, position at work on job satisfaction. (p<0.05) Health worker is evaluation of mobbing perception has a negative and meanly effect with job satisfaction. Demographic variables have effect on mobbing perception and job satisfaction
