In this context; the concept of security is experienced strongly at every point and stage of human life. Even though there is no definite consensus on its definition; security is encountered as an important life element for every individual and every government. Today, human beings are in an effort to provide a more secure, more qualified and more peaceful living space. Thus, the sense of private security has been resorted as a requirement of the needs in question.
