EVALUATION OF THE AIRLINES RELATED WITH SEAT, INTERIOR CABIN ENTERTAINMENT AND BAGGAGE PARAMETERS IN THE SCOPE OF WEIGHTED AVERAGE ANALYSIS AĞIRLIKLI ORTALAMA ANALİZİ KAPSAMINDA HAVAYOLLARININ KOLTUK, KABİN İÇİ EĞLENCE VE BAGAJ PARAMETRELERİ AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ
In this study, service and comfort parameters of 20 airlines, which perform legacy carrier strategy by flag carriers of their countries are examined by distribution of economy and business classes in the fleet. The effect of seat, interior cabin entertainment and baggage parameters are analyzed with purpose of these parameter’s relationship between the title of general evaluation of service and comfort performance of the airlines.
