THE RELATION BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND STRESS LEVEL OF EMPLOYEES AND A STUDY ON THIS APPROACH ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞ TATMİNİ İLE STRES DÜZEYİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ VE BUNA YÖNELİK BİR UYGULAMA
The main theme of this research is to measure the job satisfaction and stress levels of the employees. Managing these two cases will increase the performance of the businesses and protect the mental and body health of the employees. This study contains two parts. The first section contains the information obtained from the literature review that contains information about the importance and definition of job satisfaction, theories about job satisfaction and the ways to improve job satisfaction. The second part of the theoretical research reveals information about the concept of stress, its definition, sources, specifications, results and methods of stress management issues. The last part of this study covers the application. In this chapter the data obtained from a survey which has been applied in a private company has been transferred and analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics program and the validity of our hypotheses has been tested.
