The main objective in all these translation works is to facilitate for those who do not speak Arabic to understand the sacred book of the newly embraced religion and convey the principles of the religion to the people. To this end, a simple language that the people can comprehend was used in the created works and the qualification of teaching was given prominence. The work to be discussed and examined here includes translation and interpretation belonging to chapters named Fatiha and İhlas and the prayer named Âyete'l-Kürsî in the Koran. No information is available as to the scribal and the date of script of the work which is registered under number 129/1 and which is included in a mecmua at Istanbul University Research Institute of Turkology.
