Jobs certificated by Vocational Qualification Institution (MYK) which is established with the leadership of Ministry of Labour and Social Security will solve unemployment problem and will help in producing products with more quality which will be prepared by the people who know what they do. One may fail in the processes for the Vocational Qualification Certificate while he/she is working successfully in the workplace implementing A1 (Occupational Health and Safety) unit. For this reason, starting from this case a research has been conducted.
