Aim of the study is to investigate the relation between goal setting and objective career success that is one of the steps of individual career planning at which point that change has been reached. In order to be able to investigate the relation between goal setting and objective career success, a questionnaire has been applied to white collar employees of a private Corporation of which headquarter is located in Istanbul. According to the analysis results of data gotten from 110 white collar employees, socio-demographic variables such as gender, age and education influence the objective career success. It has been found that out from goal setting and objective career criteria, there is a positively nominal relation between monthly income and advance number whereas there is a negatively nominal relation between monthly income and position. Moreover, it has been determined that there is positively and supernal relation between goal setting and career satisfaction.},author={Cemile ÇETİN-- Habibe MAVİSU},year={2018},journal={The Journal of Social Sciences}}
