Abstract
Burnout is a syndrome seen very often in the sectors that contain occupational groups in which service is at the forefront. When thought widely the burnout concept can be defined as unwillingness of employees to perform their occupations and their deviation from their aims, the ignorance towards their employers' satisfaction and getting crushed under too much stress. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of burnout symptoms among pharmacists, caused by under satisfying the physical and mental needs.
