Abstract

This article focuses on work of Abay, who is Kazakh’s great poet and one of the founders of Kazakh literature that lived in the 19th century, called "Black Words” and the human theme in this work. "Black Words" is Abay's most well-known work. Abay is an intellectual who has endeavored to take Kazakh people's knowledge, civilization and culture level further. For Abay, the most important issue in the life is the people and the issue of educating people in the most appropriate way. For this reason, the basic theme of Abay's works is also human. Abay has handled the human topic in a more comprehensive way in his book called "Black Words". Abay's aim and imagination is to make a civilization splash for Kazakh people, who have suffered so much in the past and in his period. According to Abay, it is necessary that people are educated and trained in the best way so that such a great purpose or dream can be realized.
