Abstract

Labor market insecurity has increased in recent years. Subjective or perceived job insecurity, the beliefs about the continuity and assurance of the current job in the organization in which the employee is employed, is a change of life and anxiety about losing his job. The employee, perceiving a threat to lose his current job, feels himself weak and is experiencing a decline in his organizational commitment. Uneasiness and uncertainty of losing work at any moment in the working life, the individual is exposed to intense stress. Burnout, one of the mental negativities to be experienced at the individual level as a result of stress, means that the energy resources of the individual can not cope with work stress. The concept of inner resignation, which means a decrease in life satisfaction and a breakdown of working life in the literature, refers to the behavior of the individual as if he retired when he was employed, the reduction of his or her commitment to work and minimum performance and his fulfillment of his job. In this context, departure from inner work can be a behavioral consequence of job insecurity and job exhaustion. In this study, it is aimed to introduce the concept of separation of inner work in our country literature by trying to reveal the relation between concepts.
