The student is encouraged into creative thinking, the sense of aesthetics is developed and the acquiring of critical perspective is aimed with education in art. Ceramics Education which is a part of Art Education is given as elective and compulsory courses at many universities and faculties. The ceramics education which involves workshop discipline is presented with teaching methods and techniques other than the theoretically handled courses. Teaching methods and techniques may vary according to the instructor.
