A general health organization was aimed at the whole country level, and the tasks that could not be underestimated in the field of therapeutic and preventive medicine were accomplished and the health units in provinces and rural areas were established. These health units, which give more treatment services in the name of "The Examination and Treatment House" (Dispanser), have left their places to the sample of Etimesgut Numune Dispensary, established in 1930. The establishment of the Etimesgut Numune Dispensary, which we refer to as the first example of today's rural and rural health organization, was provided directly by Atatürk. The construction of the "Eti Me'sut İçtimai Hıfzısıhha Sample Dispensary" building in Etimesgut, which was the name of the sample village model of the Republic and which was named Ahimesud at the time, was started in 1929 and Dispanser was opened in 1930.
