Eating habits has an important place among humans. In this study, the analysis of eating habits of people in Şanlıurfa province and their food consumption were investigated with 100 participants selected with easy sampling. When the effects of participants demographic characteristics (such as gender, age, education, eating habits, organic food consumption status, organic food consumption frequency, fast food consumption status, fast -food consumption frequency and health status) on their eating habits are investigated, it is found that females consume organic food more than males.
