In this study, consumers’ attitudes towards their “food consciousness and consumption habits” were investigated in city center of Şanlıurfa (cafe, restaurants and Balıklı Göl) through their preference and tendency towards food consumption. According to answers of 100 people selected for the survey application, consumers prefer the fast food the least while give the importance of cleanliness the most.
