Abstract

Law is a concept that relates directly to the social, political, economic and cultural life of the human being, which will never lose its value for the human being from the moment the first man was born to the moment the biological life will continue. The importance of the concept of law begins from the moment it falls into the mother's womb for Man and continues until he dies and even after he dies, that is, until the end of the law of inheritance. Teaching this concept to our children should be started from the age of pre-primary school. Sources of our law are divided into two: Original sources: written (constitution, law, etc.) references and non-written (customs and manners) references. Auxiliary sources: doctrine (scientific views) and jurisprudence (judicial decisions). The aim of our study is to educate the students on Primary School 4 and Secondary School 5, 6, and 7 by the presidency of the Ministry of National Education. the aim of this course is to introduce the students to the social studies textbooks on how to explain the concept of law, how to explain the rights of parents, teachers, friends and neighbourhoods in basic legal terms and how to take place.
