Abstract

Crime economics is an important concept that needs to be produced. This is an important problem not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. Economic offenses, in the broadest sense, are criminal activities carried out by individuals or criminal organizations by illegal methods in order to provide unjust economic benefits. Qualified fraud in economic crimes (fraud crimes such as investment, insurance, checks and the like), usury, match-fixing and incentive bonus, fraudulent bankruptcy, affecting prices, causing the absence of necessary goods, avoiding the sale of goods or services, Criminal offenses in the special laws concerning industrial life shall take place. Due to these crimes, international economic and financial relations cannot be compared with previous periods and the use of techniques exceeding the borders of the country due to the opportunities provided by the technology has led the countries to cooperate more intensively. In this context, at the beginning of the crimes that need to be cooperated the most, financial crimes that enable the criminals to create capital for the new crimes will come. Financial crime, globalization and developing technology are among the types of crime that are gaining importance every day. These crimes affect the economic, political, social and moral structure negatively in our country as well as all over the world. The types of crime related to economic, commercial and industrial life are the types of crimes that can affect the economic balances as a whole and cause the masses to become victims. Economic crimes increase the informal economy and cause the state to lose tax. It threatens our ızı economic security “which is closely related to our commercial and industrial life. In addition, it can disturb the environment of peace and confidence in the society by causing deterioration of market activities based on mutual trust. This study, the first original archival documents and basic Interior Ministry sources said Turkey Effect of Organized Crime economy in 2012-2017 will be examined in the light.
