Survey model was used in this research. The target population of the study is students and parents of 2015-2016 academic year in 3rd grades and 8rd grades of Ülkü Primary and Secondary School Karabük, Yenice. The sample of the study consisted of select by random cluster sampling of 50 students and 50 parents in the universe (100 person). To collect data, the questionnaire which was prepared by the researcher was applied to students and parents and the answer were recorded. While analysing the data, mean, valid percent and independent-samples t-test were used by the help of the IBM SPSS STATISTICS 22 programme. Findings were classified and transformed in to items and then means of the items (X) and valid percent (%) were interpreted.
