Abstract

In this study based on faith and morality originating from the Qur'an and Sunnah, the theme is; The conceptual frameworks of the words “infak” (spending), waste (extravagance) and “istidraç”(leading to gradually to ruin while sinner person or persons known not) and the relationship between semantic meaning; The main sources of Islam which show the ways of guidance, peace and happiness to all people who believe in Allah and serve the purpose of creation are drawn attention to the relation of spend (İn Charity), faith and morality in the direction of the Qur'an and Sunnah where the person who is blessed and wealth is responsible to God. Hunger and absence (poverty) is a social wound that is bleeding both throughout human history and in today's world. It is also true that these two major social problems, called hunger and misery, are in the backward (underdeveloped) and exploited countries. In today's world where there are unfair sharing and wars among the members of the human family, thousands of people are dying of hunger every day, some of them fighting against obesity, and the other, mainly war children and immigrants. This sad situation is the biggest moral problem of humanity. Then, to be well pleased serve every man who says that “I am a Muslim” must firstly base his thought on morality, embrace Islamic morality which means the Islamic ethics emphasize the importance of infaq (balanced expenditure), wastage, transgress, squander and istidraç, which expresses waste by excess and extravagance in expenditure, and also learn the meaning relations and differences between them.
