Abstract

The difference in the foreign policy understanding of the two countries is the basis of the disputes. Turkey's stability against the traditional understanding of foreign policy crises are crises of stability against Iran's foreign policy. This difference makes the relations between the two countries difficult in the international arena. Iran's "How the West, what the East" to act with understanding despite being constantly defend itself from external enemies perception of Turkey's Another reason is the exact opposite of tissue disputes in bilateral relations. Turkey to improve its relations with Iran can also affect the Arab region. Thus, there may be a possibility of a new block against the unipolar world. The intensification of bilateral activities between the two countries may be the solution to the problem of mutual trust. On the grounds that Turkey does not want to increase the arms race in the region to have nuclear weapons, but Iran is approaching this issue with caution, saying it would spoil relations with Iran. Instead of producing Turkey's request that Iran is using nuclear weapons for peaceful purposes under the control of international inspectors. The aim of our study revealing common interests and conflicts of interest between Turkey and Iran in the academic world is to look at the issue from a holistic angle. In this study, I tried not to neglect the archives of the newspaper while benefiting from domestic and foreign sources. I used the writings of many writers and academics to understand the spirit of the period.
