Abstract
Okulöncesi öğretmenlerinin sınıflarında belirledikleri davranış kuralları ve bu kurallara dair çeşitli değişkenleri nitel olarak incelemeye çalışan bu araştırma Çanakkale ilinde yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya 51 okulöncesi öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okulöncesi öğretmenlerinin büyük çoğunluğunun davranış kurallarını dönem başında belirledikleri, kuralları belirleme ve benimsetme amaçlı görsellerden yararlanıp öğrencilerle sohbet ettikleri, öğretmenlerin en fazla rahatsız olduğu davranışların arkadaşlarına zarar vermek, saygısızlık ve şikayet etmek olduğu ve bu davranışları önlemek için paralel davranış kuralları koydukları, uyulmayan davranış kuralları karşısında daha çok sözlü uyarı verdikleri ve düşünme sandalyesi kullandıkları ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract
The present qualitative study which attempts to examine the rules of behaviour and the related variables preschool teachers’ have determined in the classroom has been conducted in Çanakkale through a semi-structured interview. 51 preschool teachers participated in the research. As a result of the study, it has been found out that most of the preschool teachers determine the rules of behaviour at the beginning of the term and have conversation with the learners in an attempt to adopt and determine the rules of behaviour utilizing from visuals. Furthermore, it has been found out the most bothering behaviour is to damage friends, complain and disrespectfulness. Therefore, in order to eliminate those behaviors, it has been found that preschool teachers establish parallel rules of behaviour, and in case of non-compliance with the rules preschool teachers give more verbal warning and use chair thinking.
