Abstract
Şirketlerin öncelikli amacının, iç ve dış paydaşlarına değer yaratmak olduğu kabul edilmektedir. Şirketlerin paydaşlarına değer yaratabilmesi ise stratejik hedeflere sahip olmakla ilişkilidir. Stratejik yönetim düşüncesini benimsemiş şirketler, uzun vadeli hedefler belirlemekte ve performans bilgilerini paydaşlarının bilgisine sunmaktadır. Stratejik yönetim; kapsamlı bir performans yönetimi ile etkin bir risk yönetimi anlayışını da içermektedir. Kurumsal risk karnesi şirketlerin hem finansal ve finansal olmayan yönleriyle hem de şirketi etkileyebilecek risklerle bir arada değerlendirilerek yöneticilerin kapsamlı analizler yapmasını sağlayacak güncel bir olgu olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, kurumsal karne ile ilgili teorik bilgilerin yanı sıra kurumsal risk karnesinin yapısı hakkında literatür bilgileri verilerek yeni bir kavram olan kurumsal risk karnesinin tanıtılması amaçlanmaktadır.

Abstract
It is accepted that the primary purpose of the company, is to create value for its internal and external stakeholders. Creating value for its stakeholders ssociated with having strategic goals. Companies adopted the idea of strategic management, determine long-term goals and provide performance information to the stakeholders. Strategic management consists a comprehensive risk management as well as an effective performance management. Enterprise risk scorecard approach is a current phenomenon that allows the assestment both financially and non financially and also comprehensive analysis for managers. In this study, theoretical information about the enterprise risk scorecard as well as about the structure of the literature is given and a new concept of enterprise risk with the introduction of the report card is intended. In this study, the structure of the enterprise risk scorecard as well as its therotical information are given; and also aimed the identification of enterprise risk management as a new concept.
