Abstract
Tasarımcılar, iletişimciler ya da sadece bilgisayar kullanıcıları tarafından her gün kullanılan binlerce yazı karakteri vardır. Yazı karakterlerinin kullanımı grafik tasarımcılar açısından özel bir öneme sahiptir. Her yazı karakteri her amaç için uygun değildir. Verilmek istenen mesajın diliyle konuşan yazı karakterini bulup seçmek grafik tasarım öğrencisi için zorlu bir süreçtir. Anadolu Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi Grafik Bölümü öğrencileri Bilgisayar Destekli Grafik Tasarım-1 dersinde eğlenceli bir proje ile yazı karakterlerini keşfetmeye çalışıyor. Bu çalışma, ders yürütücüsünün ders kapsamında kendi öğrencileriyle gerçekleştirdiği sınıf içi bir projeyi içeren bireysel bir eylem araştırmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, 59 üçüncü sınıf öğrencisinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen sınıf içi tipografi projesinin süreç ve sonuçlarını tartışılmaktadır.

Abstract
There are thousands of typefaces available. We often use them as designers, communicators, or just computer users. The use of typefaces has a specific significance for graphic designers. All typefaces are not proper for any purpose. To find the right one to speak the language of the message is a challenge for a graphic design student. Students try to explore typefaces, the basic elements of typography, with an enjoyable project in Computer Aided Typography course at Anadolu University Faculty of Fine Arts Graphic Design Department. This study is an individual action research involves working independently on an in-class project conducting by teacher with her students. In this paper, the process and results of the in-class typography project with the participation of 59 third-year students are discussed.
