İŞ SAĞLIĞI VE GÜVENLİĞİ ALGISI DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK ALAN ARAŞTIRMASI: HAZIR GİYİM SEKTÖRÜ

Abstract
İş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramı, son yıllarda tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de üzerinde kapsamlı çalışılan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışma; hazır giyim sektöründe işçi ve hizmetli olarak çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda algı düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada veriler anket aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin istatistik analizlerinde frekans analizi ve ki-kare analizi SPSS 17.0 paket programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Uygulanan anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çalışanların demografik bilgileri ikinci bölümde ise algı düzeyini ölçmeye yönelik sorular yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın sonucunda; çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusundaki algı düzeylerinin düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışanların çalışma ve yaşam şartlarının iyileştirilmesi, eğitim çalışmalarına önem verilmesinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği algısı düzeylerini artıracağı öngörülmektedir.

Abstract
The concept of occupational health and safety has become a topic that has been extensively studied in both all over the world and our country in recent years. This study was carried out to determine the perception levels of workers and servants in the ready-made clothing sector on occupational health and safety. The data of the study were collected through survey. In the statistical analysis of the data, frequency analysis and chi-square analysis were performed by using SPSS 17.0 packet program. The survey consists of two parts. In the first part, the demographic information of the employees and the second part are there questions about the perception level. As a result of the study, it has been observed that employees' perception of occupational health and safety was low. It is predicted that improving working and living conditions of employees and giving importance to training activities will increase the levels of occupational health and safety perception.
