Abstract
Internetin bireyler tarafından benimsenmesi ile günümüzde birçok iş modeli internet ortamına taşınmaktadır. Zaman ve maliyet tasarrufu ile bu dönüşüm bireyler ve işletmeler için vazgeçilmez duruma gelmektedir. 2008 yılında Satoshi Nakamoto takma adlı bir kişi veya grup tarafından ortaya sürülen Bitcoin ile ilk kripto para kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bitcoin'in temelini Blokzincir adı verilen teknoloji oluşturmaktadır. Dağıtık, değiştirilemez ve şeffaf yapısı ile Blokzincir teknolojisinin kripto para dışında işletmelerin süreçleri için de kullanılabilir olduğunun ortaya çıkışı ile birlikte bu alana olan ilgi artmaktadır. Blokzincirin gelecek yıllarda, tüm alt boyutları ile yönetim süreçlerinde köklü değişikliklere neden olması beklenmektedir. Blokzincir teknolojisinin henüz uygulanabilirliği konusunda çeşitli tartışmalar bulunmakla birlikte sunduğu üstünlükler ile yakın dönemde işletmeler açısından dijital dönüşmün saç ayaklarından birisi olabileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Blokzincirin tanımı yapılarak, yapılan yatırımlar incelenmiştir. Henüz olgunlaşmamış bu teknolojinin iş dünyasına ve yönetim alanına olası etkileri değerlendirilerek gelecek beklentileri tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
With the adoption of the Internet by individuals, many business models have been moving to the online. Time and cost savings make this transformation indispensable for individuals and businesses. In 2008, the concept of the first crypto currency emerged with Bitcoin, which was put forward by a person called Satoshi Nakamoto or a group. The core of Bitcoin is the technology called Blockchain. The interest in this area is increasing with the emergence of blockchain technology, which can be used for the processes of enterprises other than crypto currency, with its dispersed, unchangeable and transparent structure. In the coming years, it is expected that the blockchain will cause radical changes in the management and in all sub-dimensional processes. Although there are some controversies about the applicability of blockchain technology, it is thought that it can be one of the most fundamental parts of digital transformation in the near term for the enterprises. In this study, the definition of the blockchain was made, and its situation in the business world was examined in addition to the evaluation of its effects on the concept of management. The future effects of this undeveloped new technology have been determined by evaluating the possible effects of this technology on the business world and management area.
