Abstract
İçinde bulunulan bilgi çağında her geçen gün bir başka zeki uygulamanın üretilmesi ile beraber geleceğe ilişkin teoriler de daha gerçekçi olmaya başlamıştır. Günümüzde işletmelerin faaliyette bulundukları sektörlerdeki varlıklarını sürekli düzeyde artan rekabete rağmen sürdürebilmeleri, yeni pazarlara ulaşabilmeleri ve hatta sektörü yönlendirenlerden olabilmeleri bilişim teknolojilerini etkili ve verimli bir şekilde kullanmalarına bağlıdır. Bu zamana kadar süregelen geleneksel yönetim biçimlerinin işletmelerde uygulanmaya devam edilmesi gelişen teknolojik süreçlerle ters düşecektir. Bu aşamada yaratıcılığın örgüt içerisindeki her boyutta teşvikinin sağlanması örgüt içerisindeki yeniliklerin üretimini ve adaptasyonunu kolaylaştıracaktır. BS teknolojilerinin yanı sıra üst düzey yapay zeka uygulamalarının adaptasyonu konusunda öncü olabilecek firmalar da büyük ölçüde örgütsel yaratıcılığı benimsemiş işletmeler arasından olacaktır.

Abstract
With the production of another intelligent practice in the current information age, the theories about the future have become more realistic. Nowadays, enterprises can sustain their assets in the sectors in which they operate in line with the ever-increasing competition, reach new markets and even be able to use the information technologies effectively and efficiently. The continuation of the traditional forms of administration that have continued until now will be counterproductive with the developing technological processes. At this stage, the promotion of creativity in every dimension within the organization will facilitate the production and adaptation of innovations within the organization. In addition to the BS technologies, the companies that will be the pioneers in the adaptation of high-level artificial intelligence applications will be among the enterprises which have adopted a great deal of organizational creativity.
