One of those works is written by Burhaneddin Al-Merginani, and it’s named “Al Hidayah fi sherhi Bidaati’l Mubtedi”. In this mentioned work, there are also remarks that are correlated to Imam Malik. Some of these remarks are about hajj and mostly about ihram. There exists no errors in a significiant amount among these correlations and evaluations directed to the interpreter. However, some of them contains remarks that contradict with the communion’s respected sources. For this reason, it is important to determine and investigate these correlations and evaluations.
