The part inspectorship, established to provide intra-party discipline and control, was incorporated into CHP by modeling he regulations of party of union and progress. At first the country was divided into 14 regions, and each region an inspector was assigned. Continued to 1931, party inspectorship was ceased with a statue adopted in 1931. But in 1935, the inspectors whose duties and responsibilities reconstituted according to re-arranged inspection guideline of CHP, checked their areas with a wide authority, and sent their reports to the headquarter. The inspectors sent to different regions, determined main problems of the provinces and revealed the solutions in their reports, and then they sent them to the headquarter. So, the headquarter made a roadmap in order to solve these problems. The inspectors, examined not only the party governance, but also, they prepared detailed reports about cities they were responsible for, concerning social, economic, cultural, educational and political issues. In 1936 Şevket Ödül the party of inspector of CHP, inspected Maraş and surroundings and he gave detailed information to the headquarter about regions with his reports. Thanks to these reports, many issues concerning the meeting the basic needs in regions came to light and at the same time people’s attitudes towards the government and the party were emerged. On the other hand, these reports, providing wide data about relationships between center and province, took very important place in seeing the outcomes of the party policy in single-party period.},author={Erhan ALPASLAN-İsmail AKDENİZ},year={2019},journal={The Journal of Social Sciences}}
