Abstract

Abstract

Well-educated and young people cannot establish long-term relationships. The representations of these young people, who have families with a high level of education, in social media are the basis of the research. They have inherited rights, but they need constant care and attention, and when they cannot find it, they become lonely. It is seen that these young people who choose to take an active part in social media feel alone in their lives other than social media. In this sense, the study is based on the loneliness of today’s young white collar people, how they represent themselves on social media and the investigation of the cause of establishing a life on social media. The study focuses on social media becoming a part of the consumer society and the consumption of communication.
