Abstract
Türkçe ilk Kur’an tercümeleri Türk dil ve kültür tarihinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Karahanlı Türkçesinde yazılmış, satır arası Türkçe-Farsça tercümeli nüshalardan biri Manchester John Rylands Kitaplığında bulunmaktadır. Bu nüsha eksik olup Kur’an-ı Kerîmin belli cüzlerini ihtiva eder. Aynı zamanda cüzler içinde de eksik ve kayıp varaklar bulunmaktadır. Macar Türkolog Jansos Eckmann, Manchester ve Dublin’de yaptığı araştırmalar neticesinde, John Rylands nüshasının kayıp iki yaprağının (fragment), Chester Beatty Kütüphanesinde (Dublin-İrlanda) saklanan iki fragment olduğunu fark etmiş, ilgili varakları okumuş ve bir makale ile neşretmiştir. John Rylands nüshasının Türkiye’de yapılan neşrinde de Janos Eckmann’ın ilgili makaledeki okuması alıntılanmış ama bu okumanın kelimeleri söz konusu neşriyatın Dizin kısmına dahil edilmemiştir. Chester Beatty Kütüphanesi izni ile bu iki varak ilk kez bilim dünyasına renkli görselleri ile sunulmuştur. Chester Beatty Kütüphanesinde saklanan John Rylands nüshasının kayıp iki yaprağı; 4/Nisa suresi: 176 numaralı ayet-i kerimenin ve 5/Maide suresi: besmele-i şerîf ile 27/Neml suresi: 71-74 numaralı ayet-i kerimeleri ihtiva etmektedir. Varaklar, Chester Beatty Kütüphanesi numara 54 (MS. 1606) ve 55 (MS. 1630) de kayıtlıdır.
Bu araştırmada, Chester Beatty Kütüphanesinde saklanan John Rylands nüshasının kayıp iki yaprağı renkli görselleri ve tam transkripsiyonlu metniyle birlikte verilmiştir. Aynı zamanda kayıp iki yaprağın görselleri, Chester Beatty Kütüphanesi izni ile ilk kez bilim dünyasına sunulmuştur. Chester Beatty Kütüphanesinde saklanan John Rylands nüshasının kayıp iki yaprağı; 4/Nisa suresi: 176 numaralı ayet-i kerimenin ve 5/Maide suresi: besmele-i şerîf ile 27/Neml suresi: 71-74 numaralı ayet-i kerimeleri ihtiva etmektedir.

Abstract
The first translations of the Quran into Turkish have an important place in the history of Turkish language and culture. Written in Karakhanid Turkish, it is one of the copies with interlinear Turkish-Persian translation, which is in the Manchester John Rylands Library. This copy is incomplete and contains certain parts of the Holy Quran. At the same time, there are missing and missing leaves in the juz. Hungarian Turcologist Jansos Eckmann, as a result of his research in Manchester and Dublin, realized that the two missing leaves (fragments) of the John Rylands copy were two fragments kept in the Chester Beatty Library (Dublin-Ireland), and then he read the relevant leaves and made a published the article. Also quoted in the Turkish edition of the John Rylands copy, Janos Eckmann's reading in his article, but the words of this reading are not included in the Index part of the publication.
