Abstract
Bu makale, Türkiye'deki eğitim sendikalarının tarihsel gelişimi ve eğitim sistemine olan etkilerini incelemiştir. Bu araştırma, eğitim sendikalarının geçmişten günümüze gelişimini ele almış ve bu sendikaların Türk eğitim sistemi üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etmiştir. Araştırmanın yöntemi, doküman inceleme yöntemi olarak belirlenmiştir. Daha önceki araştırmalardan elde edilen veriler ve dokümanlar incelenerek bu çalışmanın temel verileri oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma, eğitim sendikalarının öğretmenlerin haklarını koruma ve eğitim sistemi üzerinde etkili bir rol oynadığını göstermektedir. Ancak, sendikaların sınırlılıkları da göz önüne alındığında, bu çalışma aynı zamanda sendikaların karşılaştığı zorluklara da dikkat çekmektedir. Mevcut literatürdeki çalışmaları dikkate alarak, eğitim sendikalarının Türk eğitim sistemi ve öğretmenler için önemini vurgulanmıştır. Eğitim sendikaları, Türk eğitim sistemi ve öğretmenler için daha iyi hizmet verebilme potansiyeline sahiptir, ancak bu potansiyeli gerçekleştirebilmek için belirli zorlukların üstesinden gelmeleri gerekmektedir sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
This article examines the historical development of education unions in Turkey and their impact on the education system. This research examined the development of education unions from past to present and analyzed their impact on the Turkish education system. The method of the research was determined as document analysis method. The basic data of this study were created by analyzing the data and documents obtained from previous studies. The research shows that education unions play an effective role in protecting teachers' rights and influencing the education system. However, given the limitations of unions, this study also draws attention to the challenges faced by unions. Taking into account the studies in the existing literature, the importance of education unions for the Turkish education system and teachers is emphasized. It is concluded that education unions have the potential to provide better services for the Turkish education system and teachers, but they need to overcome certain challenges in order to realize this potential.
