Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; 21. yüzyıl becerilerinin ne olduğunu, önemini ve gerekliliğini, farklı kurum ve kuruluşların söylemleri çerçevesinde ifade ederek tartışmak ve bu becerilerin sanat eğitimi alanındaki yansımalarını değerlendirip, sanat eğitiminin bu becerilerin kazanımına etkisi hakkında önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırmada tarama tekniklerinden betimsel araştırma tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elektronik doküman analizi kullanılmış ve konu ile ilgili bilgi ve görüşler incelenmiştir. İncelenen görüş ve bilgiler analiz edilerek sanat eğitimi ile ilişkilendirilip önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
The aim of this study is; Expressing and discussing what 21st century skills are, their importance and necessity within the framework of the discourses of different institutions and organizations. Beside this to evaluate the reflections of these skills in the field of arts education and to make suggestions about the effect of arts education on the acquisition of these skills. Descriptive research technique, one of the scanning techniques, was used in the research. Electronic document analysis was used in the research and information and opinions on the subject were examined. The views and information analyzed were assessed, associated with art education and recommendations were made.
