Abstract
Endüstriyel amaçlı kenevir bitkisinin sayısız kullanım alanları ve faydaları bulunmaktadır. Endüstriyel kenevir bu yönüyle, kâğıt üretiminden, bio-yakıt üretimine, besin maddesi olarak kullanılmasından, plastiğin kullanıldığı her yere kadar farklı alanlarda kullanılabilmektedir. Kenevir bitkisi, detayları makale içinde görüldüğü gibi, ekonomilerde ivme yaratabilecek kadar büyük kapasiteye sahiptir. Kenevir bitkisi insanlık için bu kadar çok büyük bir öneme sahip olduğu halde, uyuşturucu amaçlı kullanımı öne çıkartılarak tüm dünyada engellenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ancak buradaki çalışmada da görüldüğü gibi, kenevir bitkisiyle ilgili engellemelerin temelinde, uluslararası bir boyut bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca kenevirin endüstriyel alanda yaygın kullanımının bazı güçlü dünya şirketlerinin işine gelmediği anlaşılmaktadır. Yine araştırma derinleştirildiğinde, yeterince gelişemeyen ülkeler açısından ve toplumsal açıdan konunun değerlendirilmlesi gerektiği ortaya çıkmaktadır. O nedenle buradaki araştırmada, endüstriyel kenevir üretiminin engellenmesiyle ilgili gerçek sebeplerin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Makalede literatür araştırması yöntemi benimsenmiş, kanıtların güvenirliği çok sayıda kaynakta bulunan bilgilerin benzerliğiyle doğrulanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
There are numerous uses and benefits of the industrial cannabis plant. In this respect, industrial hemp can be used in different areas from paper production to bio-fuel production, from its use as a nutrient, to everywhere plastic is used. The cannabis plant, as details of which can be seen in the article, has enough capacity to accelerate economies. Although the cannabis plant is of such great importance to humanity, it has been tried to be prevented all over the world by highlighting its drug use. However, as can be seen in the study here, there is an international dimension at the basis of the barriers related to the cannabis plant. In addition, it is understood that the widespread use of cannabis in the industrial field does not suit some powerful world companies. Again, when the research is deepened, it becomes clear that the issue should be evaluated in terms of countries that are not sufficiently developed and from a social perspective. Therefore, in this research, it is aimed to investigate the real reasons related to the prevention of industrial hemp production. The literature research method was adopted in the article, and the reliability of the evidence was tried to be verified by the similarity of the information found in many sources.
