Abstract
Bu çalışmada okul kültürü paydaşlarından öğretmenlerin, okul kültürüne ait rolleri araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile öğretmenlerin; rollerini açığa kavuşturup, okul kültürü konusunda farkındalığını arttırıp, okul kültürü oluşturmada profesyonel tutumlar geliştirmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma; Sivas ili, Gürün ilçesindeki okullarda 2022-2023 Eğitim-Öğretim yılı içerisinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin görüşleri alınmak üzere nicel araştırma deseninde hazırlanmıştır. Sivas ili, Gürün ilçesindeki okullarda görev yapan toplam 148 katılımcı örneklem olarak seçilmiş ve Abacıoğlu (2005) tarafından hazırlanan “Okul Kültürü” ölçeği bu örnekleme uygulanmıştır. Yapılan çalışma ile okul kültüründe öğretmen rolünün değerlendirmesinde; katılımcıların cinsiyetlerine, yaşlarına, mesleki hizmet sürelerine, eğitim durumu ve medeni duruma göre görüşlerinde farklılık olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Anket ile ulaşılan veriler, SPSS 22.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) programı ile analiz edilmiş ve veriler tabloya dönüştürülmüştür. Analizlere göre alt problemlere göre sonuçlara ulaşılmış ve bu sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenlerin okul kültürü oluşturmada rollerinin olduğu tespit edilmiş olup bu roller boyutlarına göre incelenmiştir.

Abstract
This study, teachers' school culture; is aimed to clarify their roles, to increase their awareness about school culture, and to develop professional attitudes in creating school culture. Research; It was prepared in a quantitative research design in the 2022-2023 academic year in schools in Sivas province, Gürün district. A total of 148 participants working in schools in Sivas province, Gürün district were selected as the sample, and the "School Culture" scale prepared by Abacıoğlu (2005) was applied to this sample. In the evaluation of the role of the teacher in school culture; It was investigated whether there was a difference in the opinions of the participants according to their gender, age, professional service period, educational status, and marital status. According to the research findings, it has been determined that teachers have roles in creating school culture and these roles have been examined according to their dimensions.
