OKUL YÖNETİCİLERİNİN GÖRÜŞLERİ İLE MESLEKİ VE TEKNİK ORTAÖĞRETİM KURUMLARININ EĞİTİM SÜREÇLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin mesleki eğitim süreçlerine ilişkin değerlendirmelerini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın katılımcıları İstanbul ilinde 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılında okullarda görevlerine devam eden 8 mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim kurumu okul yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan okul yöneticilerinin amaçlı örnekleme doğrultusunda meslek öğretmeni olması tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma verileri, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Nitel verilerin analizi için betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda çıktılar ve ihtiyaçlar olarak iki temaya ulaşılmıştır. Çıktılar temasında mesleki, kişisel ve toplumsal alt temalar, ihtiyaçlar temasında ise yasal mevzuat, iş birliği ve öğrenci kazanımlar alt temaları bulunmaktadır. Mesleki eğitime ilişkin okul yöneticilerinin çok yönlü görüşleri ile elde edilen veriler tartışma ve sonuç bölümünde detaylı biçimde analiz edilmiş ve ilgili paydaşlara öneriler sunulmuştur.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze school administrators' evaluations of vocational education processes. The participants of the study consisted of 8 school administrators of vocational and technical secondary education institutions who continued their duties in schools in the 2023-2024 academic year in Istanbul. The school administrators participating in the study were preferred to be vocational teachers in line with purposeful sampling. Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Descriptive analysis technique was used to analyze qualitative data. As a result of the analysis, two themes were reached as outputs and needs. There are professional, personal and social sub-themes in the theme of outputs, and sub-themes of legal legislation, cooperation and student achievements in the theme of needs. The data obtained through the multidimensional views of school administrators on vocational education were analyzed in detail in the discussion and conclusion section and recommendations were presented to the relevant stakeholders.
