Abstract
Dijital para kavramı fiziksel olarak bilinen paranın aksine gerçekte var olmayıp sanal ortamlarda kullanılan bir değer birimidir. Bu bakımdan insanların alışık olduğu fiziksel metanın yerine elektronik şifrelerle karşılıklı el değiştiren sanal ve itibari bir değeri vardır. Tarihi süreçte malın takas/trampa biçimi ile başlayıp daha sonra başka şekillerle el değiştirerek insanların ihtiyaçlarını görmeğe devam ettiği bir gerçektir. Takas yönteminin sonrasında ihtiyaca binaen ortaya çıkan ve çeşitli şekillerde kullanılan para çeşitlerinden birisi olan sanal para hem itibaridir hem de kıymet bakımından altın ve gümüşten ayrılmaktadır. Kripto para kavramı ise sanal ortamda oluşturduğu sistemle bilişim ve ekonominin ilgi alanıyla alakalı olduğu gibi din ve hukuk bilimleri tarafından da irdelenmeye muhtaç bir konudur.
Değişmekte olan ve klasik olarak bilinen iktisadi durumun sanal bir evreye dönüşmesinin insan psikolojisini etkilediği bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu çalışmamızda dinî nasları temel alarak günümüzde ortaya çıkan dijital para kavramını ve çıkması muhtemel sanal para birimlerinin insan psikolojisi üzerinde oluşturduğu halleri irdelemeye çalıştık. Ayrıca İslam hukuku ve iktisadi açısından mevcut şartlar içerisinde kripto paraların müspet ve menfi yönlerini ele aldık.
Ekonomi kapsamında olan borsa, bankacılık, kredi gibi kavramlar yeni ortaya çıkan sanal para birimlerinden etkilenmektedir. Bu durum da sanal paranın ve kripto paraların hem İslam hukuku hem de insan psikolojisi açısından değerlendirilmesini bir zaruret olarak ortaya koymaktadır. Çünkü bu para şekilleri, üretim tarzları ve riskleri Müslümanları ciddi anlamda tedirgin etmektedir. Meydana getirdiği kontrol edilmez boyutları ile güvensizlik oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla günümüzde insanın en çok merak ettiği ve meşruiyetini tartıştığı kripto para ve blockchain teknolojisi kavramları ana hatlarıyla ele alınarak İslam dininin nasları ve psikoloji ilminin ölçütleriyle değerlendirilecektir.

Abstract
The concept of digital money, which does not actually exist unlike physical money, is a unit of value used in virtual environments. In this respect, instead of a physical commodity that people were used to before, it has a virtual and nominal value that can be exchanged with electronic passwords. In the historical process, it is a fact that the goods have met the needs of people by changing according to other forms than barter or swap. This currency differs from gold and silver in terms of its nominal par and value. The concept of crypto money is closely related to the field of informatics and economy with the system it creates in the virtual environment. Similarly, it is a subject that needs to be examined by the sciences of religion and law.
It is a known fact that the classically known but changing economic situation affects human psychology when it turns into a virtual phase. In this context, in our study, we have tried to examine the concept of digital money that has emerged in recent years and the effects of possible virtual currencies on human psychology by addressing the basic religious sources. We have also discussed the positive and negative aspects of cryptocurrencies by taking into account Islamic law, economics, and current conditions in social life.
As a matter of fact, within the context of economy, concepts such as stock market, banking, and credit are somehow affected by newly emerging virtual currencies. As such, this situation makes it necessary to evaluate this field in terms of both Islamic law and human psychology because such forms of money and their modes of production as well as their risks make Muslims seriously uneasy. It is a clear fact that it creates insecurity with its uncontrollable dimensions. Therefore, the concepts of crypto money and blockchain technology, which people are most curious about and discussing their legitimacy nowadays, will be discussed in detail and evaluated within the criteria of the Islamic religion and psychology.
