Abstract
Kur’an-ı Kerim dinimizin ana kaynağıdır. Bundan dolayı onun nazmının yazımı ve okunması, dinimizin birçok hükümlerine tesir etmiştir. Ayetlerin yazı ve okunuş şekillerine göre kıraatler oluşmuş ve bu kıraatlere göre de yedisi mütevatir, üçü ise meşhur kıraat olmak üzere kıraat ekolleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kıraatlere bağlı olarak, müçtehid imamlar ayetleri farklı yorumlara ve içtihatlara tabi tutmuşlardır. Bundan dolayı Kur’an-ı Kerim’in doğru yazılıp, sahih tilavetine, peygamberimizden itibaren günümüze kadar ehemmiyet gösterilmiştir. Özellikle islami ilimlerin tedvin edilip, alanlara ayırıldığı hicri üçüncü ile beşinci yıllar arasında Kur’an-ı Kerim’in yazılışında, Hz. Osman’ın İmam Mushafı’na uygunluğu ve kıraat imamlarının okuyuş usulleri ile ilgili kitaplar yazılmıştır. İşte kıraat ve resmul-mushaf alanında en önemli çalışma yapanlardan ve katkı sunanlardan birisi de Endülüslü ünlü kıraat âlimi Ebû ‘Amr Osman b. Sa‘id ed-Dânî (ö. 444/1053)’dir.
Mushaf imlası külliyatı içerisinde yer alan el-Muhkem, Mushafın harekelenmesi ve noktalanması, tarihçesi, selef âlimlerinin, tabiîn âlimlerinin ve daha sonraki dönem âlimlerinin bu konu hakkındaki görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi adına önemli bilgiler sunmaktadır. Bunun yanısıra Kur’an-ı Kerim Arap Dil ve Edebiyatı’nın en büyük kaynağı olduğundan dolayı ed-Dani’nin el-Muhkem eseri Arap Dili ve Edebiyatı alanında, sarf, nahiv ve i‘râb yönünden geçirmiş olduğu tarihi aşamaları bizlere nakleden büyük bir hazinedir. Bundan dolayıda bu eser hem kıraat ilmi alanında hem de Arap Dili ve Edebiyatı alanında çalışma yapacaklara büyük bir katkı sunacaktır.[1]
ed-Dâni’nin el-Muhkem isimli eseri günümüz kıraat ilmine konu olan resmu’l-mushaf çalışmaları ile Arap Dili ve Edebiyatı alanlarında, çalışma yapanlara bir katkı sunması amacını gözeterek bu eseri incelemeyi uygun bulduk.

Abstract
The Quran is the main source of our religion. Therefore, the writing and reading of its verses has affected many provisions of our religion. Recitations have been formed according to the writing and reading styles of the verses, and according to these recitations, schools of recitation have emerged, seven of which are mutawatir, three are famous, and four are shazz recitations. Depending on these recitations, mujtahid imams have subjected the verses to different interpretations and ijtihads. Therefore, since the time of our Prophet, importance has been given to the correct writing and authentic recitation of the Quran. Especially between the third and fifth years of the Hijri period, when Islamic sciences were compiled and divided into fields, books were written about the writing of the Quran, its conformity with the Mushaf of Hz. Osman, and the recitation methods of the recitation imams. Here, one of the most important people who made and contributed to the field of recitation and resmul-mushaf is the famous Andalusian recitation scholar Abu ‘Amr Osman b. Sa‘id al-Dani (d. 444/1053).
Al-Muhkam, which is included in the collection of Mushaf spelling, provides important information about the vowel points and punctuation of the Mushaf, its history, and the evaluation of the views of the scholars of the predecessors, the scholars of the tabi'in and the scholars of the later period on this subject. In addition, since the Holy Quran is the greatest source of Arabic language and literature, al-Dani's al-Muhkam is a great treasure that conveys to us the historical stages it has gone through in terms of grammar, grammar and i'rab in the field of Arabic Language and Literature. Therefore, this work will make a great contribution to those who will study both in the field of recitation and Arabic Language and Literature.
We found it appropriate to examine al-Dani’s work called al-Muhkam with the aim of making a contribution to those who are working in the fields of resmu’l-mushaf studies and Arabic Language and Literature, which are subjects to today’s recitation science.
