Abstract
Bu araştırmada, öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre, beden eğitimi ile diğer branşlardaki öğretmenlerin maruz kaldığı mobbingin karşılaştırılmasının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, ilişkisel tarama modelini kullanarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucuna göre; öğretmenlerin olumsuz davranışlar genel algısı düşük seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Alt boyutlar arasında en yüksek mesleğe yönelik tehdit algılanırken en düşük ise destabilizasyon düzeyi olduğu çıkmıştır. Yine olumsuz davranışlar ölçeği ve alt boyutlarında cinsiyete göre farklılık bulunmamıştır. Beden eğitimi ile diğer branşlardaki öğretmenlerin maruz kaldığı mobbingin karşılaştırılmasında; kişisel tehdit ve izolasyonda, mesleğe yönelik tehditte, destabilizasyonda, aşırı işyükü alt boyutlarında ve olumsuz davranışlar genel ölçeğinde beden eğitimi öğretmenlerin olumsuz davranışlar genel algısı diğer branşlardaki öğretmenlerden daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Bu sonuca göre beden öğretmenleri daha fazla olumsuz davranışlara maruz kaldığı söylenebilir.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the comparison of mobbing that teachers in physical education and other branches are exposed to, according to teachers' opinions. The research was conducted using the relational screening model. According to the results of the study; it was determined that teachers' general perception of negative behaviors was at a low level. While the highest perception among the sub-dimensions was the threat to the profession, the lowest was the level of destabilization. Again, no difference was found in the negative behavior scale and sub-dimensions according to gender. In the comparison of mobbing that teachers in physical education and other branches are exposed to; in the sub-dimensions of personal threat and isolation, threat to the profession, destabilization, excessive workload and the general scale of negative behaviors, the general perception of negative behaviors of physical education teachers was higher than that of teachers in other branches. According to this result, it can be said that physical teachers are exposed to more negative behaviors.
