Abstract
Bu çalışma, tersine göç eden bireylerin girişimcilik yönelimlerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için ilk önce göç, tersine göç ve girişimcilik kavramları ile ilgili bir literatür taramasına yer verilmiş ve teorik çerçeve oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra tersine göç eden bireylerin girişimcilik faaliyetlerini belirlemek amacıyla kişisel bilgi formu ve literatürde yer alan bireysel girişimcilik yönelimi ölçeği kullanılarak oluşturulan anket vasıtasıyla çalışmanın veri tabanı oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan veri tabanından hareketle girişimcilik yönelimlerinin cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, aylık gelir ve aile desteği gibi demografik değişkenlere göre değişiklik gösterip göstermediği, bağımsız örneklem t-testi ve tek yönlü ANOVA testleri ile belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the entrepreneurial orientations of individuals who migrated backwards. In order to achieve this aim, firstly a literature review was conducted on the concepts of migration, reverse migration and entrepreneurship and a theoretical framework was attempted to be established. Then, in order to determine the entrepreneurial activities of individuals who migrated backwards, the database of the study was created through a questionnaire created using the personal information form and the individual entrepreneurial orientation scale in the literature. Based on the database created, it was attempted to determine whether entrepreneurial orientations varied according to demographic variables such as gender, age, marital status, educational status, monthly income and family support using independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA tests.
