Abstract
Bu çalışma, edebiyat ile Adli bilimler arasındaki karşılıklı etkileşimi inceleyerek, suç olgusu etrafında kesişen bu iki disiplinin birbirlerini nasıl beslediğini ve şekillendirdiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Adli bilimler suçun aydınlatılması için bilimsel yöntemleri hukuka entegre ederken; edebiyat, suç, suçlu ve toplumsal yansımalarını sanatsal anlatılarla işler ve adli süreçlerin psikolojik derinliklerine inmektedir. Bu ilişki özellikle polisiye edebiyatta belirginleşmiş olup edebiyat kamuoyunun adli süreç algısını şekillendirerek bilimsel gelişmeleri dolaylı olarak hızlandırmış, Adli bilimler ise edebiyata gerçekçilik ve bilimsel derinlik kazandırmıştır. Ancak edebiyattaki yoğun bilimsel temsil bazen halkta gerçekdışı beklentilere yol açmıştır. Sonuç olarak, iki disiplin arasındaki ilişki simbiyotiktir denebilir. Edebiyat suçun insani boyutunu aydınlatıp adli yöntemleri popülerleştirmiş, Adli bilimler de edebiyata otantiklik ve bilimsel zenginlik katmıştır. Bu açıdan bu çalışma iki disiplinin belirli kesişim noktalarını bir edebiyat eseri olan Faust üzerinden ele almayı amaçlamaktadır.

Abstract
This study examines the mutual interaction between literature and forensic sciences, revealing how these two disciplines, which intersect around the phenomenon of crime, feed and shape each other. While forensic sciences incorporate scientific methods into the legal process to illuminate crimes; literature explores crime, criminals, and their social reflections through artistic narratives and delves into the psychological depths of judicial processes. This relationship has become particularly evident in detective fiction, where it has indirectly accelerated scientific developments by shaping public perception of judicial procedures, and forensic sciences have added realism and scientific depth to literature. However, the intense scientific representation in literature has sometimes led to unrealistic expectations among the public. In conclusion, the relationship between the two disciplines is dialectical. Literature has illuminated the human dimension of crime and popularized forensic methods, while forensic sciences have contributed authenticity and scientific richness to literature. From this perspective, this study aims to examine the specific intersections of these two disciplines through the literary work Faust.
