Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine whether there are any effects of awareness of internet banking and trust toward the bank on intention to use internet banking. In order to achieve this aim, required data were gathered from firms which are members of chamber of commerce and chamber of artisans of Burhaniye, Edremit, and Havran provinces of Balıkesir by using face to face survey method. Total 184 questionnaires used in the analyses. The analyses were performed using AMOS. The results of the analyses revealed that awareness and trust have positive effect on intention to use. In addition, awareness positively affects to trust toward the bank.
