Abstract

In marketing world that was concious customer and won the importance of customer satisfaction companies study to increase their target grup, to determine marketing strategy fort hem, to improve product range for its, to provide positive returns in order to satisfy for customers in maximum level to increase in willing to buy, to reach more mass for its. On behalf of making good studies, they feel the need to use the customer prefered features as a substructure. Optical product and reasons for preferring with releting data are limited level. The user information of eye disease distribution and optical product can not be compilled because of not collecting istatistic knowledge in optic stores, special policlinic and hospital. As a result sector investor deprives of leading information. The uncertainty prevents from reaching rational work and good sector profile. In this study, costumer prefer for optic products and preference reasons were determined. In the study, it was suggested that young costumer had the high level preference of contact lens, gender is decisive. In addition to study, it was presented the reasons of their preference and which optical product consumer prefered.
